The 2021/2022 Imihigo evaluation report is the third of its kind since the Government of Rwanda started implementing the National Strategy for Transformation (NST-1) and the fourth produced by NISR. Imihigo are a home-grown solution and a tool for accessing progress towards national development aspirations.
